SubSCriptions

You will be charged your first subscription payment immediately upon subscribing, no matter the day of the month, and the current kit will ship out to you within 1-2 days.   Thereafter, you will be charged when the next kit is released/shipped.  You will be notified a week ahead of this charge.  Kits are shipped out as soon as they are available for purchase on the website.  A new collection is released every 1-3 months.

Cancellations

These policies apply to all subscriptions begun on or after May 11, 2017.

You may only cancel your subscription by contacting us directly.

6-Kit subscriptions

You may cancel at any time after you have paid for your third kit, with no additional charges.  If you wish to cancel before this point, you will be charged the difference for the kits you received between the discounted 6-kit subscription price and the single-time purchase price.

12-Kit Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time after you have paid for your sixth kit, with no additional charges.  If you wish to cancel before this point, you will be charged the difference for the kits you received between the discounted 12-kit subscription price and the single-time purchase price.
